15 Min Deep Relaxation Guided Meditation – Hypnosis – Binaural Beats


I’m James Cole and this meditation is designed to help you reach a deep state of relaxation where your mind and body can let go of all worries and stress and take the time it needs to rejuvenate please do not listen to this while driving or operating any machinery take the time to sit down somewhere comfortable and turn off any distractions pause this now until you are ready to continue with the meditation if at any time during this session you need to wake fully you can easily open your eyes and return to fully alert consciousness now that you’re sitting down and comfortable just allow yourself to be as lazy as you want to be listening quietly to the sound of my voice and while you’re listening quietly to the sound of my voice concentrating for a few moments on your breathing breathing slowly and steadily just as though you were sound asleep or pretending to be sound asleep and imagining perhaps just how comfortable you might look while you’re relaxing in the chair use the power of your mind to see yourself in your mind’s eye and then using the power of your mind to do whatever has to happen to make you look even more relaxed and still thinking about your breathing making quite sure that each breath in bus the same length of time as the last breath in and each breath out last the same length of time as the last breath out even though each breath in will probably be slightly shorter than each breath out while you’re thinking about your breathing noticing perhaps the weight of your head against the back of the chair and still listening quietly to the sound of my voice and while you’re listening quietly to the sound of my voice it may be that you’ll become aware that you’ve forgotten to think about your breathing but that’s alright you can just simply start thinking about your breathing again what you’re listening quietly to the sound of my voice and what I’m saying to here and in psychology there’s a rule called seven plus or minus two and that means that most people can think of seven things all the ones plus or minus two so you should be able to think of at least five things all at the same time the sound of my voice the steadiness of your breathing the weight of your head against the back of the chair and how you might look from the outside and that’s four things so you can think of those four things while you’re listening to the sound of the music playing in the background so that’s five things now and I wonder if you can think about those five things and then at the same time notice the way your feet feel on the floor and perhaps how your arms feel and that’s seven things now the sound of my voice the weight of your head music playing in the background the way you look while you’re relaxing and you’re breathing and your arms and your feet on the floor and I wonder if you can now add an eighth thing into all of them i wonder if your mind is powerful enough to think of seven plus one things adding in perhaps an awareness of the temperature of the room and then just testing to see whether you can add yet another input to your senses so that you’re thinking of nine things all the ones that seven plus two thinking about all those eight inputs into your senses and then maybe adding an awareness of the way your eyes film while you’re thinking about all those other things the weight of your head your breathing music in the background how you look from the outside the temperature of the room your feet on the floor you’re arms the sound of my voice and how your eyes feel the weight of your head your breathing the music in the background how you look from the outside temperature of the room your feet on the floor your arms the sound of my voice and how your eyes feel and of course when anybody thinks of all of these things what they’re really doing is scanning around them one after the other very quickly so quickly it feels as if you’re thinking of them all at once and in the world of computers that would be called time sharing sharing your available resources between the different tasks you are attempting to perform all of one’s and that’s why some people can think of only five things because it’s the limit of their memory while others can actually think of nine things and I wonder how well your memory is working as you struggle to remember those nine things the weight of your head you’re breathing music in the background how you look from the outside the temperature of the room your feet on the floor you’re arms the sound of my voice and how your eyes feel now you can think how good it will feel when you simply allow yourself to think of only the most important thing of all concentrating all your energies on to that one most important thing at all which is going to be so easy to think of now that you are going to allow yourself to think of only one thing instead of nine and that one thing is how good it feels to think of only one thing thinking how relaxed you can be now that you’re only thinking of how relaxed you might like to be relaxed in your mind and in your body no need to think anything at all really no need to do anything nobody wanting anything nobody expecting anything and absolutely nothing whatsoever for you to do except to relax now relax your mind relax your body breathe in and as you exhale allow your relaxation to double washing over your body from the top of your head to the tip of your toes complete relaxation that is so deep that all worries simply no longer exists as they have no meaning in this deep state of complete relaxation and as you sit there thinking this is the most relaxed I’ve ever been see if you can relax your mind and body even further by doubling your current relaxation on your next breath out now that’s right I’m sure that you’re away the relaxation is important for your mind body and spirit as it allows you to let go of stress now and it allows you to let go of worry now and as you let go of stress and worry you can feel yourself sinking even deeper into relaxation that is so deep and wonderful that you wonder if it is even possible to relax even further than you are right now and it is with this thought that you may be noticing that all the tension you may have been feeling earlier has gone now and your muscles are hardly noticeable at all as they are so completely relaxed aren’t they you’re so relaxed now that your mind and body is able to rejuvenate and by allowing yourself to become so deeply relaxed you can feel the sensation of your mind and body letting go of any last remnants of tension and negativity as you reach a state of total relaxation and everything is wonderful as a state of peace transcends over you like warm honey from the top of your head to the tips of your toes filling every part of your mind and body with total and complete peace and relaxation now that you are here you should know that it is okay to take care of yourself and it is ok to take time out to rejuvenate your mind and body in this peaceful and totally relaxed manner in fact by taking time out for yourself and meditating every day you will find that you are more focused and have even greater concentration throughout the day as well as so many other benefits you’ll find that the more you meditate the less things cause you stress and worry as you are able to find solutions to problems easier with your greater abilities to focus and concentrate it’s as if nothing bothers you anymore and when you look into the future you see how you react now with peacefulness things that may have stressed you in the past and you notice how calm and at peace you are with everything now it is a peacefulness that you know has always been within you and now that you’re taking the time to allow to grow and flourish as it encompasses you people notice how you hold yourself with an air of peacefulness as you seem to handle everything with ease and grace in a manner that exudes all the peaceful qualities that you possess from now on reaching this wonderfully relaxed state is easy as all you have to do is remember this moment and a calm relaxation will wash over your body from the top of your head to the tip of your toes relaxing you no matter what situation you are in and notice how amazingly relaxed and peaceful you are right now you may even discover that you are so relaxed right now that you’ve forgotten to pay attention to any of the nine things you’re focusing on earlier and that’s ok as when you are this totally relaxed nothing else matters beyond the relaxation that is allowing you to rejuvenate your mind body and soul so just sit in this relaxation for a moment and allow it to become part of who you are as the waves of relaxation wash over you sending deeper and deeper and deeper relaxed so relaxed that you have reached the level of relaxation where time and space lose their meaning and you are merely consciousness experiencing a moment of perfect peace tranquility and ultimate relaxation aren’t you as nice as it would be to stay in this perfectly relaxed state forever you must return to regular consciousness and in a moment I will awaken you from this deep relaxation that you are in now when you do awaken you’ll find that the peace and tranquility you have found in this meditation will remain with you as a resource you can tap into at anytime you wish all you have to do is take a moment to recall this state of total relaxation into your memory and you’ll find yourself instantly relaxing into a peaceful state of body and mind where you can be more focused and have greater concentration now it is almost time to return to full consciousness in a moment I will count from one to five at the count of five and not before let those eyes open become fully alert totally refreshed rejuvenated and feeling amazing in everyway on the last number and only on the last number and when you have accepted the power of each suggestion in this meditation you will let your eyes open feeling energized refreshed rejuvenated and feeling totally amazing in everyway one start to notice your surroundings but still very relaxed just feel the sensation of breathing two breathing normally now simply cover the breath with your awareness three slowly easily and gently feel yourself coming back up to your full awareness feel your arms at your sides gradually become aware of the sensations of sitting four still relaxed and calm but notice your eyes under your eyelids clearing like they’re being bathed in a sparkling call mountain stream on the next count eyes open fully alert totally refreshed rejuvenated and feeling amazing in everyway get ready now five now open those eyes wide awake and fully alert feeling totally rejuvenated full of energy and ready to go about your day with greater focus and concentration while maintaining a deeper sense of peace in all that you do and notice how good you feel and you do feel good don’t you thank you for listening to this
