One of my favorite strokes that I’ve been talking about. How to practice it?
Literally start on the top here and go with the flow. If your hand stops, do not
drag your pen. Just pick up the pen and start all over again. When you reach the
end, end at the bottom & not in the air. Make sure all the loops are open and not
squeezed and last and the most important one breathe deeper than your
normal breath. Make sure that you stay in the flow because it’s the flow of
thoughts. Why to do it? All things related to emotional upheaval, anxiety, stress
you know moments where you feel completely confused you can deal with it
