Intermittent Fasting Mistakes That Make You GAIN WEIGHT( PART 2)!!!

hey guys what’s up welcome back to my
channel if you guys are new here welcome my name is Caitlyn and in today’s video
we are going to be doing intermittent fasting mistakes part 2 you guys love
the first one so I figured why not make a second one so that’s what today’s
video is gonna be about but before we get into the video as always if you guys

go ahead and hit that subscribe button and with all that being said let’s get
into the video all right you guys so let’s get straight into it so the first
mistake that you’re making is you are comparing yourself to other people
you’re comparing your weight-loss journey to another person and you’re
saying I’m not losing weight as fast as them or their results are better than
mine or whatever the case stop comparing your journey is not the same and you’re
not going to lose weight consistently you make Plateau
the other person that you’re comparing yourself to may plateau as well for me
honestly some months I lost more than others it wasn’t a consistent journey of
I’m losing two pounds every single week no some months I would lose more than
others so stop comparing yourself and getting discouraged because you see
someone else losing weight faster than you their journey is not yours
embrace your journey enjoy the ride and just know that your results are gonna
come if you stay consistent so don’t compare yourself another mistake that
you guys may be making is you’re not drinking enough water I know I say this
in every single one of my videos but water is super important for you helps
to and get rid of the toxins in your body it also helps you to know the
difference between being thirsty and actual hunger I know that it can be hard
to drink water I literally used to never drink water I would
only be drinking juice only be drinking soda and I’d be like you ewww I don’t
drink water I only drink juice and I only drink soda like eww drink some
water water also helps to an aid in digestion so make sure that you’re
drinking your water if you don’t know how to drink enough water throughout the
day and you always find yourself at the end of the day like I didn’t drink
enough water during the day find a way that’s gonna work for you whether your
drink your water out of a hydro flask or you can drink your water out of a
straw if a metal straw helps you whatever the case find a way that’s
gonna help you to drink more water but there’s no way around it you gotta
drink your water even if you drink your water with some lemon and some lime and
that works for you do that or you can even have zero calories sparkling water
there’s a whole bunch of different ways you can make it easier to drink water
but make sure that you’re getting enough so you can see the results that you want
to see number three a lot of you guys are giving up on intermittent fasting
because you can’t make it through your window but one of the reasons that you
can’t make it through your windows because you’re afraid of being hungry it
is okay to be hungry your body’s not gonna go immediately into starvation
mode and then your muscles are gonna start breaking down that’s not gonna
happen your body is actually really smart you don’t have to go days without
food and water for your body to start breaking down muscle short term
deprivation 16 hours however many hours you fast is not going to cause your
muscles to start breaking down and eating out each other so it will be fine
be okay with the sensation of being hungry it’s gonna pass you’re gonna get
your food your muscles are gonna be okay but stop breaking your fast because
you’re feeling hungry if you’re feeling hungry drink some water have some tea
work through it your body get used to it eventually but don’t quit just
because you’re feeling your stomach grumbling or anything like that it will
pass and you will be fine and lastly you are not keeping yourself busy there’s
a whole bunch of things that you can do I know a lot of you guys are working
from home right now you can do things that you’ve been putting off you can go reorganize that closet you can start a new hobby
you can go do some self-care you can go learn a language you can go to a whole
bunch of options but don’t spend your time just thinking about food go do
things that you’ve always wanted to do always wanted to learn and keep yourself
busy if you’re constantly thinking about how not to think about food you’re gonna
think about food so keep your mind busy keep your hands occupied so you’re not
thinking about food because especially right now I know how easy it is to just
be like whatever forget it I’m just gonna be lazy I’m just gonna binge all
my shows and eat all the food in my house I wouldn’t recommend doing that I
would recommend starting up a hobby keeping your hands busy keeping your
mind busy and the results will pay off because eventually it will be easier for
you to not think about food so much so I hope these tips helped you if you guys

  2. Thanks for ur encouragement as Iโ€™m now 5 weeks into 16/8 and my weight has gone up and down…. Think I am eating too much ๐Ÿ˜ in total I have lost 4lbs ๐Ÿคจ
    Iโ€™m now going to try 20/4 and feel this will challenge me more. I really fine it hard drinking the water as Iโ€™m alway on the toilet ๐Ÿคฆ๐Ÿฝโ€โ™€๏ธ .

  3. I do one meal a day on Monday & Tuesday to Friday 16/8 , Saturday Sunday balanced meal losing about a pound every week!
